Product care & warranty info

Your lounge needs care to stay comfortable and looking beautiful. Over the first few months the seat foam may soften — this is normal and should stabilise.

Do's

Rotate, reverse or flip seat cushions so they wear evenly — otherwise the foam will pool or drop sooner than intended.
Use fabric or leather protection so spills are easier to clean.
Use appropriate cleaning products.

Don'ts

Avoid direct sunlight, which causes fabric and leather to wear and fade.
Do not machine wash covers at home — always use a professional cleaning service.
Do not pull loose threads — always cut them.
Do not allow pets or sharp objects near your lounge.
Do not sit or rest on the arms — they are not designed to support excessive weight.

Recliners

Recliner mechanisms are subject to wear and tear — avoid excessive use or rough manoeuvres. When extended, leg rests are not designed to support excessive weight; keep weight evenly distributed. Do not allow children to play on motion sofas and armchairs. Ensure the user is correctly seated before operating any mechanism; precautions should be taken by people with lumbar conditions and by pregnant women. Recliner mechanisms carry a 3-year warranty on the structure, excluding moving parts such as handles, triggers and hinges, which carry a 1-year warranty unless stated otherwise.

Feather Cushions

Plump feather cushions regularly to keep the sofa looking full and comfort consistent — dropping them on the floor face up puts air back into the feathers. Some feather loss over the cushion’s lifetime is completely normal and can be rectified with regular vacuuming.

Do you deliver Australia-wide, and when will my order arrive?

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks depending on your location. For items on order or online-only products, dispatch will occur 1–3 weeks after the item arrives at our Brisbane Warehouse. Additional transfer times may apply depending on your location.
